RYTHM Foundation plans to establish a private school in Selangor, dedicated to educating children with special needs. The school will adopt culturally sensitive and tailored teaching methods to support these children effectively. By creating a supportive school environment and improving the quality of existing special education programs and teaching methods, the foundation aims to enhance educational opportunities for these children.

To explore the feasibility and challenges of setting up the new private school, a team of consultants from Universiti Malaya has been engaged to conduct a comprehensive research project.

‘To Unlock a Child’s Potential : From Cradle to Career’ was an excellent initiative designed to empower children with special needs by fostering positivity. By creating an environment enriched with encouraging words, meaningful learning experiences, engaging activities, community involvement and opportunities for future employment, we can help these children thrive. The programs aims to serve as a stepping stone for children with special needs, enabling them to integrate seamlessly into their communities and contribute to society just like any other child.

Participants in the program were well-prepared to success as independent adults. They gain the confidence and skills needed to navigate higher education, the job market and life’s challenges. The programs helps students recognize their strength and weakness, manage themselves effectively and make confident decisions about their futures.
